Buenos días!! Our first week back in action, we were able to get out and work! We were able to see some fruits from our hard work! Enjoying quesadillas after cutting grass. We did quite a bit of traveling this week just checking up on our people and making sure nobody had forgotten about us. Our first stop out of Zacapoaxtla was to Cuetzalan. Here in my area the temperature is very mild, cold if anything. That's thanks to us being in the rainy season so most of the time it's raining and there really isn't any opportunity for it to get hot here. Cuetzalan is a different story. It rains a lot there but because it's at a lower elevation it's normally much hotter. Here in Zacapoaxtla it's the middle of summer and probably about 50 degrees while I write this email and it probably won't get hotter than about 70 degrees. Definitely different from the Alabama summers I had grown accustomed to! But like I said Cuetzalan is different. The climate is the same as it is

It's been a week! Not necessarily a great week, but a week nonetheless! Not too much happened so it'll probably be a shorter letter this time. Before anything, I'll let you guys know that I was once again sick this week. This whole week I've been wrestling with a nasty cough and just really bad cold-like symptoms. One day I called the medical coordinator of the mission who is also the President's wife and asked for some advice. She told me it might just be allergies and prescribed me Benadryl at night. Unfortunately it didn't really work. So I just decided to hang on for a few days. This morning I woke up and I couldn't smell :// I went to the pharmacy with Elder Mendoza and we bought a Covid test, we also had an extra test result block thing. We headed home and I took the test. Oh, he got me! That's right folks I have COVID! So that's why I felt like death this week. That means I'm just going to have more time to study this coming week!  Positiv

¡Hola hola! It has been a very slow and uneventful week. Elder Mendoza has been sick (the Zacapoaxtla curse) and the days we actually could work, our appointments fell through. But that just makes me even more excited for this week coming up, a chance to hit the grindstone fresh and ready to rock! A kitten! Like I said, Elder Mendoza has been sick, really he's been fighting the flu since he got here. But this week everything just kinda got crazy! The week started off like normal with Elder Mendoza fighting a little cold, but I remember one morning we got up and he didn't look very well. I sent him back to bed for a little bit, but after he didn't look any better. We decided we would still head out to our appointment at the house of prayer. We were running a little late so I was fast walking the whole time and wasn't really paying attention. I eventually turned to ask Elder Mendoza something but he wasn't there! It turns out fast walking was not something my sickly c
